I tried placing my order a few times and it just kept failing. checkout systems like this always seem to break right when you’re ready to pay. After messing with it for a while, I got tired and gave up.

I ordered this from songmics.com the product itself turned out fine in the end, I guess. But putting it together was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing, some steps didn’t seem to match the parts, and the pictures were so small they barely helped. I had to take it apart twice because things just weren’t explained clearly. It felt like the manual was rushed. I’ll admit it’s usable now, but the whole setup experience really put me off.

I sent my item back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I had to contact support more than once, and each time it felt like I was getting the same copy-paste answer instead of any real help.
I’m still waiting longer than seems reasonable, it feels wrong to make customers chase their own money after they’ve followed the return process. It all felt messy and careless, and I wouldn’t order from them again if an easy return matters.

I had an issue with my order, nothing crazy, just needed a quick update, so I emailed customer service. Then I emailed again because, you know, maybe the first one got missed. I got one of those automatic replies and then... nothing. Days went by. I even tried the contact form thinking maybe that would go to a different place or get noticed faster, but nope, still no response. It’s just frustrating because I wasn’t asking for much, just some kind of answer.

Am I the only one this has happened to? I opened the package and it wasn’t even my order. Frustrating because I was expecting my item and ended up with something completely different...

I bought this and showed it to my brother, and we both felt the same way — it’s not bad, but it doesn’t really feel as sturdy as I expected for the price. The quality is okay, just not quite worth what I paid.

I ordered this from songmics.com because it looked really clean and modern in the photos, but once it showed up, I was a little disappointed. The color was not quite what I expected, and the finish looked cheaper in person than it did on the website.

It still does the job for what I needed, so I am keeping it, but appearance-wise it does not really fit my room the way I hoped it would. It is not awful, just not as nice looking as the pictures made it seem

I bought a storage shelf from Songmics putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The holes didn’t line up properly, and the instructions seemed to skip over parts, so I kept having to undo things and start again :(
It ended up taking me almost 3 hours for something that looked simple in the pictures. The screws also felt kind of cheap, which didn’t help. I probably wouldn’t buy this again if I had to assemble it myself!

I was disappointed with this. It broke after just a few days of using it, and the material feels Really cheap. Definitely doesn’t seem like something that’s going to last.

Maybe it’s just me, but this didn’t feel very sturdy and it started falling apart way sooner than I expected

My order arrived with the box crushed and kind of half open, with the tape barely hanging on and the corners all torn up. The item was thankfully still inside, but I was a little nervous opening it because it looked like it could’ve fallen out at any point. Nothing seemed damaged, but the packaging didn’t feel secure at all, which is disappointing.

I’ve only had these storage bins for about a week and the drawers are already sagging like cheap junk. Now they don’t slide in and out properly, which is annoying when the whole point is to make storage easier. Definitely not impressed.

I ordered this storage shelf thinking it would fit the space perfectly, but the size didn’t really match what was listed, at least not compared to what I measured. It still works, but it just barely fits where I needed it to go. Shipping was fine overall, just kind of Annoying to deal with.
